Each year, MCS conducts a Client Satisfaction Study to monitor and ensure our services are meeting and exceeding client expectations. These surveys provide valuable feedback regarding the level of service being provided and generate innovative methods of improving our services to meet the growing needs of our customers. MCS has consistently achieved an overall satisfaction rating above 98% each and every year and continues to strive towards 100% client satisfaction.
Client Satisfaction Ratings not only monitor our performance for each client site, but also provide an opportunity to grant financial incentives to the MCS Associates and Managers who have achieved Client Satisfaction rating goals. These incentives help to motivate each MCS Associate to perform at levels that consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
