MCS is committed to the continuing education and development
of our Associates. Our goal is to develop all associates to
perform at levels that meet and exceed service level standards.
MCS Development Programs are designed to educate employees on
skills and knowledge so that they may succeed in their current
role as well as prepare them to take advantage of career growth
opportunities in the future.
Career Path Counseling
Career Path Counseling is designed to provide the MCS Associate with a one-on-one evaluation of their skills and an in-depth review of what the Associate wishes to achieve in their MCS career. An individually designed training and development program is put in place to assist the Associate with their short term and long term goals.
MCS Mentoring Program
The MCS Mentoring Program will pair an MCS Associate with a Senior MCS Staff member or MCS Site Manager to provide guidance and mentorship. This mentorship provides the Associate with the necessary guidance to build their leadership skills and learn valuable tips and tactics from those who have mastered their skills. The MCS mentoring program has assisted many MCS Associates in their career development and has been a constant reminder that leadership by example is a true measure of quality training and development.
The MCS Academy™
The MCS Academy Online is our premier training and development program for the MCS community. The program is designed to encourage and promote associates as they gain valuable insight to management and other practical skills. Associates who wish to participate in The MCS Academy’s credit-based courses are eligible for The MCS Academy Certification. Each course in this curriculum has a follow-up test, which the associate must pass to earn the credit weight. Only when candidates pass a predetermined amount of credits, from a mixed combination of coursework categories, will they become a Certified MCS Manager.
The training workshops and webinars are packed with various interactive sessions presented by knowledge experts.
