MCS Technology Update

MCS Management Services is hosting its first on-site company sponsored Technology Symposium. Organized by the MCS Site Manager and Regional Group Operations Manager, the goal is to bring together channel partners in a forum that provides site specific education to end users. Since this type of education is typically delivered via a departmental or group level meeting, the Technology Symposium is unique in that it allows for cross departmental communication and a deeper understanding of the capabilities available to end users through the MCSMS onsite services.

"This type of knowledge transfer is critical for best practice sharing, and should result in continued productivity gains and increased site efficiency," noted Loren LaQuintano, MCSMS Vice President. MCSMS currently plans to replicate the symposium at multiple sites across the country during 2008 and beyond.

In other technology news, The MCS Group, parent company to MCS Management Services, recently announced a re-branding initiative of its off-site support division, MCS Document Support Services. The newly branded division, now called MCS eDoc Services (Electronic Document Services), provides comprehensive off-site support services, including data collections, electronic processing and hosting to the corporate and legal market.

Chris Sharp, Executive Vice President of MCS eDocs, commented, "The re-branding initiative was an important step for the future growth of our division. We have grown substantially over the past few years, and with that growth we were challenged by a lack of brand recognition. Tying a solid, recognizable brand to the quality of service our team provides is going to pay dividends in our future business development initiatives."

Coming Soon: MCSMS to release new on-site web-based production ordering platform.

MCSMS Announces Growth Initiative

MCS Management Services has announced plans to grow in the Midwest region of the U.S. during 2008. As a leading provider of on-site business support services, MCSMS has the capacity to serve new and existing clients across a national platform. The use of remote management technology, strategic market hubs, strong partnerships, and diligent recruiting efforts make this possible. Until this announcement, however, MCSMS' proactive marketing efforts focused primarily on Eastern seaboard organizations. Now, with an initial Midwest market hub in Pittsburgh, PA at 300 Lawyers Building, MCSMS can begin to gain momentum in the region by actively pursuing new business and existing client expansion in the Western Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Northern West Virginia markets.

"The Midwest is a growth market for MCS Management Services. This announcement is congruent with our long term strategy of phased geographic expansion and the generation of critical client mass within key markets across the country." adds Harry Shreckengast, Executive Vice President, MCSMS. Aggressive growth in the markets is planned by MCSMS through strategic alliances, expanded existing business, and focused new business development efforts.
